If you're LDS, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Our ward (congregation) has formed a little team and is competing against the other wards in the area. Nick is the coach (this seems to translate to: "Nick is the guys who sends out the emails," but I could be wrong), and they had their first game last night.
Nick's team dominated the first 4/5 of the game, but they only had 5 guys on the team, and the other team had 7, so Nick's little group got tired and the Carnation team past them up for the first time in the whole game right at the buzzer.
Nick hit 7 three-point shots, including one from about 6 feet behind the three-point line. Good work!The kids and I were the only spectators in the place. Bethelle wore her cheerleading costume.
