Father's Day

This is where my blog suffers when I'm behind in posting.  I don't remember much about this day.  Nick had early church meetings, so we made him a special lunch after church rather than wake up that early.  We had yummy sandwiches and these gingerbread scones.

Nick took his beloved Sunday nap while we made lunch and got a few presents ready.  Bethelle had several little wrapped surprises that I had known nothing about.  I love that.  Rigby had received a cookie in his church primary class and had saved it for Nick.  With young kids around, I've gotten used to the idea that I know what is in every wrapped package at every holiday.  Having kids grow up is going to be fun.
